An enzyme that dissolves him completely, a realm he can't escape from, a reality warper that decides he never existed, Lobo figuring out a scorpion for him (like he did for his own people), help from Lucifer (or any being ranked above Lucifer)... D. Into infinity, Lobo continues fighting, whether he loses repeatedly or not. Doomsday is the one of the two who even has the potential to be defeated in the long run. E. The universe will eventually end for both of them.

Best way to defeat Doomsday is to make him self-conscious and fearful of death.

Putting Reed as number 2 and Tchalla as number 10 is hilarious considering the man who created both (Stan Lee) said himself that they are intellectual equals. Reed even goes to Tchalla when he's stuck on a problem.

Even if doomsday can't 100% kill lobo he can infinitely evolve to a point where he just reduces lobo to a drop of blood over and over again to the end of time which makes lobo his prisoner forever

I hate to say this,but it's a tie based on what I've heard.

HATE to be 'that guy', *puts on his big nerd glasses* but doomsday also adapts, evolves... even sometimes on the fly while fighting, as shown in 'Hunter/Prey'. It seems to be automatic or subconsciously. Like a biological monster version of the Borg. There's always the possibility that his body would simply/somehow evolve a way to avoid 'feeding' his opponent, or absorbing red lantern energy, or something... or it COULD go the opposite route and have him go 'nuclear' with his rage, overloading Atrocitus's battery/power. Just tap into that seemingly infinite well of rage that he has to such an extent that it even overwhelms a Red Lantern as powerful as Atrocitus. Granted it's also all based on who is writing him at the time too.
