Out of ucla's previous 5 losses were to highly ranked teams. Most of us looked at the overall record, but didn't think they were Indiana, LSU, Penn St, Oregon. Most of the analysts miss this key fact going into this game. I liked that they came back in the 2nd half. There were some terrific catches and plays. What is disapointiung is we had a chance for that signature upaet at Ohio State last week and couldn'r pull it out. Ruhle scored us last week making the comment "Here we go again." Well it did happen again!

Is it not obvious by now that Ohio State largely had their mind on Penn State when we came to town? Our performance that day is the anomaly. The way we played yesterday is more indicative of what we are this year under this staff. It just sucks that we are in this situation yet again. As someone who is an OSU fan I'd say the Satterfield bailed them out time and time again with those screens for negative yardage.

I listened to the Greg Sharpe broadcast while running a combine and watched early the next morning. It seemed like the same old crap from big 10 referees. Ryan Day is so accustomed to favorable calls that he nearly lost his mind when one call went against his team! Every Husker TD is under review, TV doesn’t even replay Ohio TD until after extra point. Bad call against Huskers and camera spotlights Rhule. Osborne’s teams were good enough to outplay the stripes!
