It’s called weight, the M4 is unfortunately an overweight pig compared to the E36.
I appreciate the custom plate so each driver knows who just dusted them.

I seen plenty of John Deere model D's that are older than that running in New York
yes, lots of jd. d's. left. They had a great run. The obvious difference being a tractor opposed to a road grader.
Allis did make bigger graders and they were just as good as the D model. Allis just couldn't compete with adams and cat.
Very great job man! For your next videos, it could be possible to fix a camera on the pedalbox to film your footwork and to include shots in full screen please? :)
I'll sheepishly admit that it's a dual-clutch automatic. So my footwork is nothing more than a lot of brake and even more gas!
The E36 in this video is indeed a manual, though. Impressive.

Every one of these I've seen here in Ohio the brackets for the vertical lift cylinders for the moldboard table are an ugly welded mess. Underneath the welds are very bad. Most have cracks running everywhere. I suspect shocks and vibrations transfer from the blade up through the cylinders to the brackets. Eventually, fatigue cracks start. If the repairman doesn't remove the crack to the bottom welding over top of it doesn't help. AL B retired weldor fabricator 😊.

What spring rates are on the car? You should be able to run 305 or 295 width easy. I run 305/645/18 Pirelli slicks and 295/30/18 re71RS with no issues.
@@fastmacm3668 thanks for the tip. It appears to be that the rear ride height is set far too low. It has the JRZ suspension with the external reservoirs, which I'll dial in after I get that fixed. I now discovered that the fronts are rubbing on the shocks as well, even with two spacers. These wheels were apparently custom made for the car, but they don't seem to fit all that well! What widths do you run in the front?
@@EricIrish I have MCS 2 way remotes, so similar suspension. But I run 800lb front and 700lb rear true coil over so that’s like a 1300lb divorced setup. My fronts are 10.5” wide with et22 and 5mm spacer. But you need 5” 2.25 diameter springs to clear the tire. My rears are 11” et44. I have multiple sets of wheels with those offsets and it works well.
