you got the wrong chords tho. the first one is a D# major going down to a D natural major but the 8th note stays in D# whe you go to the D natural chord first and then you can play the full D chord, so with the individual notes goes like this: D#GA#D#, DF#AD#, DF#AD (repeat x3) and then goes down to a C minor chord again with a D# as the octave, then A# by itself and finally an A# chord with D# octave and then D by itself. Hope that makes some sense...
