Adam was the best

The best season ever. So many good voices, so many very good voices, a few excellent voices and one exceptional voice and once in a generation talent. What a shame that it ended with a mediocre and soon forgotten "winner" who "won" due to a campaign promoted and financed by his brother.

I'm deeply conflicted right now, because I couldn't stand Danny during the show but I specifically came to listen to this song for his part because it's still in my head 13 years later. If he hadn't been the sleaziest and mostly emotionally manipulative contestant I'd ever seen on the show I would have just been able to appreciate what a absolutely fantastic voice he had. I kinda think I was blinded by rage to not be able to appreciate it until now. Same with his group performance of Somebody to Love. Allison is still my girl and I'm still mad he beat her, but I'm starting to think they're the best top 4 of any season.

I miss Idol! I miss this season!! Season 8, 7 and 3 are my favorites.. I miss watching Adam!! David Cook was also my favorite.. Fantasia Barrino is also great... Jasmine Trias was my favorite too because she was pretty and a Filipino like me! But Adam and David Cook... they rocked the Idol world for me!!! Danny Gokey's part was also awesome in this performance but Adam's voice and high note killed it!! I miss this Adam!!
