Okay I'm a mother of five and I will tell you that you have a birthday every year so you should absolutely be celebrated not spend thousands of dollars or even hundreds but a birthday party where the little ones can invite a few of their school friends some cousins some family some burgers and hot dogs on the grill and a couple of presents for the birthday child brought by other people you don't have to spend a lot of money but you have a birthday every year so you should celebrate that every year especially your daughter is 8 I'm sure you're not that sick that 2 hours would hurt you

Honestly I don’t think she meant to mishandle her frogs. I think she genuinely didnt know. Which is still a problem in itself. Before you agree to have an animal you NEED to do your research. I work with reptiles and sometimes amphibians and you are NOT ALLOWED TO HANDLE THEM WITHOUT GLOVES. Handling them period is a no even with gloves unless it is necessary. I dont think she meant to mishandle them, but the fact she was ARGUING about it speaks volumes. I gave her the benefit of the doubt before but i cannot anymore. She knows its wrong, and then argued with professionals about it. She was/is ignorant.

Wait did I hear her in that first TikTok correctly? Both her and mother in law/adopted mom are getting two cakes but "I don't like when my kids have sweets." Huh? That's half her fault then?? I did NOT feel the apology was genuine. She pretty much implied that "Look, these things happen, and we just have to deal with them sometimes." Like????? "Sometimes bad things happen?" Who says that in response to a client being forced to wait for so many hours, then marked as a no-show? That's not just a regular oopsie, that is a weird case that is very out of the norm and deserves DIRECT ACKNOWLEDGMENT during the apology to show they even know WHAT they did wrong. But she didn't even HINT at what the "bad thing" was. It was just being downplayed and swept under the rug. Gave way too many "I'm sorry if I hurt you uwu" vibes. Even just the way she was speaking felt rehearsed and like someone acting, but insincerely.

I never went to shop as a client but, I went with my friend to get her high nostrils done. They were so rude and unprofessional. Did not care less about their clients, my friend had to ask the piercer to use gloves. They mainly get business because there’s another female owned shop here called electric feels that overcharges for their tattoos.
