Cool fixture! I like the tunable white option and the design opportunities with being able to change out the reflective material.

The soft diffused lighting is very nice! And having the setting option to adjust the light color temp. as the day light changes would be a great feature especially in offices. I enjoyed seeing the different install options for the BRT custom series.

Quite a beautiful and elegant yet simple fixture. I appreciate that the video shows the two cords of the pendants without editing any of it out. It's really important to know how the fixture will look exactly when it's installed so there aren't any surprises later. 2 cords isn't a lot, but if you do a cluster of these pendants it's something you want to keep in mind. :)

I never thought about a recessed light fixture needing to withstand so much external force or possible tampering, but I can definitely see where that would be a big concern for high traffic/public areas. Cost wise it gets expensive to keep having to replace a fixture - good to know!
