This is how somebody resolved the issue on his pc, try it out and let see... "So, If you guys faced the same problem, you can install any linux (ubuntu for an example), install gparted, reformat your hard drive to windows compatible format. It worked for me and took 30 minutes. Good Luck!"

Strange! Is the vysor screen restored when you type your password on your phone? If no, then you may want to reinstall the application on your PC. Let us know how it goes

@@techpba basically what happen is: 1 - i connect the cable in my S22 ultra 2 - I open the vysor and click in the play button 3 - I'm able to see the phone screen (walpaper with all the info)in the vysor app, but the mobile is locked 4 - because my display is not working at all, i need to go to vysor app and slide my finger up in order to add my password. when i do it, the vysor screen goes to black, like, hiding for me to see the dots. i tryied to download another sw similar to vysor, and happens the same thing

Hi! This does the same thing. When you select remove, you get a prompt to delete user data which effectively removes the user's profile folder from the C drive. For your second question, the account would still exist in an O365/Entra environment but would be deleted from the PC. For example, if a user has an old PC connected to O365/Entra and the organization gets the user a new one, best practice is to remove the user account\user profile from the old PC and that same user account can be added to the new PC. For the old device, it's up to whoever manages the O365/Entra to keep or remove it. I hope this answers your question.

@@techpba Thank you! It’s funny how Microsoft doesn’t have all these different ways to delete an account in one single official document for IT professionals. Think it’s to not confuse regular end users? I skimmed through the Sybex book for “MCA Microsoft 365 Associate: Modern Desktop Administrator” thinking there’d be more information on the topic, but even that book just says to delete accounts through Computer Management! Nothing else mentioned, no other way oddly enough.

They can be so frustrating almost seem to me like they enjoy making life hard for IT Pros Think it’s to not confuse regular end users?
