As I read this book with my small group ( The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry) I started to realize how badly we catch ourselves wanting to speed past everything or get to the next big event in our lives. In times, especially like right now, where we live in our own bubbles and create all these divisions between ourselves, remember to slow down. Not by eliminating things from your life, but by being able to just relax and put importance on living in the moment, with people, to build relationships. To be at God speed.
