    I am brand new to Salesforce and have not imported my contacts, leads or accounts from my previous CRM yet. When I follow your instructions and click on Map Lead Fields I get a message that says "No custom fields have been defined for leads" What do I need to do first? One video I watched said I needed to create external lookup fields before I import my data but I can't figure out how to do that either.

      Hey Ismail! On-demand or part-time leadership can be more complex and isn’t what companies and sales organizations are used to. But that is what the modern organization needs. Customized engagements and work that makes sense for them versus previous “best practices”.
