Love your van ❤

I'd love a van just like your's. Ive camped at Achmelvich campsite by the beautiful beach twice. First time weather was great and loved it. Second time a terrible storm developed during the night so it was pretty hairy. Ive got a 2 berth caravan now but wouldn't tow it up to remote areas like that on narrow roads. Thats why I'd love a micro camper like your's with LWB for the spontaneous freedom. Trouble is I love my wee caravan too its so comfy and cosy with a shower, microwave and cooker. I even make scones in my when van I get visitors. Your van is perfect and very well organised even down to the saftey grid on the back windows. Enjoy your travels. Its nice watching your adventures.

Looks great but you need to tell us exactly where you are. Can you go back and add location names and beach names in the comments? Scotland is so beautiful when the sun shines. TFS

Looks fantastic and love your van......but you don't say where you are. Looks like North West Scotland bit curious to know which beaches? I've been to a few beautiful ones up that way which looked similar but don't think it was the ones I stayed at.

Looks awesome, how big is the bed? I’m just under 6ft2 and concerned if I bought one of these that did get a bed big enough in the back 😢

How did you fix the overhead shelf? I have a kangoo and have put a net instead of a shelf as not sure how to connect the back part to the car without putting screws in the body

Jack, how’s the solar panel getting on ? Thinking of putting one on mine, however mine is a swb. Would you reckoned the one you have used and how many watts is it ? Thank you

Great Video Jack, just got a Caddy maxi too, looking to sometimes sleep in it, do you have any details/links to your curtains and track, looks perfect to keep light out away from the front and help the front warm up in winter while driving

Great build! Very detailed. I have a couple questions. How's the noise of the fridge, do you think it's louder than a normal fridge? How long did you make the bed? I saw in another comment its 1050mm wide. Do you have a link or name of the cupboard button latches? Are you considering adding a roof vent or anything else besides the wind deflectors and the moisture absorbing cushion for ventilation and moisture control? Until what temperature do you find it comfortable / doable without a heater?

Wauw, never saw a big 'safe' like yours, great job! I am an old Dutch lady building my van and wonder if you can tell: how did you fix your curtain rail in the roof, I am afraid of screw things 🙂and didn't see this 'system' of yours anywhere else. But it looks so easy and perfect. Likewise the curved rails in the back windows. Mean a lot to me if you could explain and help me overcome my fears. Have a great time on the road bud.

Fantastic set up. Starting to my own build with a Caddy Maxi. Though some bad news...Yours is not euro 6 complient. Its usually the sept 2015 and later with Caddys as mine is the same as yours.
