Hey man, you are absolutely right about those mud crabs. We catch ours under rocks at low tide. This is easier than digging in oyster shells. However, we still wear gloves. Give addictiontothewild a shout if you guys come down here around Carolina Beach where we fish. Very technical, great job.

Jonathan quite a few years ago, when forums were popular, you answered some of my questions in a forum pm. That information helped me catch some of my first sheepshead from a kayak and I’m very appreciative of you doing that. Since I’ve always enjoyed your videos.

Yall wore them out. Great job brother! I need to get back out there myself. We just moved and I haven't been able to get out on the boat with all involved with the move. Hopefully this week some time.

Fine times on the water. What spoon did you catch the spanish on?

Chkn leg string and dip net. Blue crab bait. Hardware store utility store them bad scissors. One rod for BULL drum out w/chunk of fresh crab. Base in your words multi bait us INDEED always better. 2-3 crabs usually fairly quick and easy but even one decent size 4 baits or 8 if you chop them up bite size for sheepshead

Your loop knot. Try my way. That line folded in half? Wrap it around your finger 8-10X. Pull it off your finger and put the loop tail end through all of those wraps. Pull tight. Will not slip and tough. I pinch the loop and put it through the eye of the hook. Simple criss Cross lie tieing your shoes. Cinch up a bit but not too much. You still have the loop on one end. Open it up and go around the hook. Put tight. 2 strands of line equal 2X stretch spring effect. 2 strands holding the eye of the hook too. Polymer knot. I routinely fight 100+ lb garfish 6-7 ft long in heavy river current on 40 lb test. This WORKS were EVERYTHING ELSE FAILED. Will work for you too but can't be "line shy" fish as it has 2 strands showing.
