I have had my hair bleached blonde for over 2 years now and the bonnet has saved my hair from breakage fuzziness just damage all the way around it feels so much healthier. When I wash my hair. I do not brush my hair. I don’t do anything to it. I pull it back and put it in a scrunchie. That’s a Terry cloth for wet hair and then I put my bonnet on and I sleep with it all nights and then I don’t have nowhere to go first thing in the morning, I wear it up until noonish then I take it down and put protection on it and I use a roll hairdryer brush and then before I go to bed don’t put anything back in my hair as far as like a scrunchie or I’ll be pans or anything like that I just pull my hair around, put it on top of my head and then put my bonnet on and tied off! it has literally kept my hair from being damaged and bleach can damage your hair if you’re not careful with it if you don’t take care of it so it is a hair necessity for all people not a race necessity I said that right I don’t want to take anybody off. I’m grateful for what I’ve learned and I want to continue to learn.❤

Normally, black girls, we would wrap our hair and tie it down with a silk scarf, then put the silk bonnet over it to maintain straighten hair. It adds bounce/body to the hair the next day.

Do i have to wash that off?
