It's a nice stock but kinda heavy but reduces the recoil of my hot .308 rounds .. Yeah be careful hon have some food, water n batteries on hand :) MB ..

I have my doubts whether there is any noticeable difference between .311" and .312" bullets. Russian 7.62 barrels have always worked fine with both.

Agree with ya.. even with steel cased food my groups are excellent.. Rifle has a thick barrel maybe that's why they shoot so well ? Plus now x39 food ain't cheap for our SKS's n AK's so these are just fun .... be well MB ..

Yeah these were Hornady's with IMR 4895 .. I'll get back to you and let ya know which projectile and weight .. I use Varget n most of all IMR powders for my Milsurp's . Gotta check my data for you .. MB ..

Got it from a Family moving they found it in their Grandma's purse Loaded .. I bought some .8mm Mauser spam ammo from them for 30 bucks and a Dillion 550 for 200 bucks and in total gave them 250 for everything . They were moving n had a estate sale right down the block from me .. lucked out I'm off to the range today .. be well Shep MB ..

Sarah I was driving back from the range and came across this farm with all these critters .. They are sheep n goats hanging out n eating the grass like Lawn Mowers, lol .. Watch out for the storm and clean out the floor drain screen .. Dad .

Hey Rick, That's what I was thinking too .. Wished it was Walnut either American or European cause even though this rifle is like brand new the Yugo's didn't use it.. Good shooter excellent bore n head space . I have a 98K but looks decent but the bore on most 98's aren't in great shape.. I like shooting .8mm and Milsurps in general but not into wall-hangers.. Any way going to rain soon going to bring in the stock let it dry overnight and get some dark stain tomorrow.. Hope all's well with Ya n your Family MB ....
