I teach survival skills I live in the mountains of NH but I grew up in VA so I know about every area of survival because every area is different

For E & E survival you need to hide your escape tools because they will find it

It’s so funny to me to see people including something to make snares out of in their EDC kit. That is the silliest thing possible. People if you don’t know how to snare, if you haven’t practiced it if you haven’t done it a lot - you have ZERO chance of being successful. This is just a part of the survivalist fantasy. Even people who know how to do it Are going to fail 90% of the time. To be successful in trapping food you need to set many snares in many different locations and you need to know where to put them and exactly how to set them and still you’re going to fell most of the time. Please stop deluding yourself. Pack a snickers bar and hurry home.

No chance the uploaded will ever see this message, but.. You should keep those tweezers in a closed container inside the bag. If you need them to dig stuff out of a wound or whatever, you'd want that thing to be as clean and bacteria free as possible.

So versatile, maybe you could put your first aid stuff in a small zip lock bag or something. When you need it just pull "it" out instead of having to dig through all items individually. Great video! The only suggestion that I might add is replace the 550 Paracord w/black waxed twine...smaller, easier to stow and 'almost' as strong... Replace the Paracord w/Sawyer Mini Water Purification unit... Same space/different and life saving uses! Thanks Again for the video!
