Welcome to the rainiest place in England!
I have been thinking about making this video since I first got here 16 months ago, but great things take time and so here it is 💜
I happen to live very close to the rainiest place in England, Seathwaite.
Here you either embrace the changing weather or stay indoors for days. I learned how to make peace with the cold and wet weather and so I have the privilege to share this little video with the world.

Hi and welcome 😺 The recipe is fairly easy, 3 ingredients: 2 mashed banana, 2 eggs and whole-grain flour (I love spelt flour) until you get the right consistency. I like to add some salt, coconut sugar, cinnamon, sodium bicarbonate and some melted butter, but only if I have all the ingredients. Hope this makes sense 😅 Thank you for watching 💜
