Seems way too wide with those attachments. I’d rather buy a larger pack that fits your needs, than adding packs on packs. Glad it’s on your back and not mine. Good luck!
@@mvanvelzer this pack rides in my truck on road trips more than a 2hr drive as a “Go Bag”…a last resort, bad times & gotta get home. The packs I use regularly for hiking & whatever are slick(no attachments. Thanks for watching!

Your 4hm looks in WAY BETTER shape than mine, and I'm not saying mine is destroyed, just heavily used. One of the most useful belt knives that I use.
@@rotgut14 that one is brand new in the video. I got it to drop into my truck bag. Thanks for watching!
Love mine. Probably use it the most since I got it last fall at GBFG from LT Wright booth and got to talk with all the guys from there. 😀👍✝️
@@creek_camper they are solid blades for sure ! Thanks for watching!
I got me one at the Georgia fall bushcraft gathering last fall. Love mine. Tight in sheath but will loosen with use. 😀👍✝️
😀👍✝️. Beautiful knife. Kephart design is my favorite by far.
Mine also, thanks for watching!
It's probably one of the best hard use folders I have! Gave one to my son and nephew who are both avid salt water fishermen and this is the knife they use to process their bait!!! Soap and water with a drenching of WD-40 at the end of their day and, good as new... Got the tanto version in my backpack 24/7 too. Excellent knife! Good video too.
It’s a tank for sure ! Thanks for watching!
Super nice looking Kephart pattern knife...!! enjoyed...
Thanks for watching, it’s one of my all time favorites!
Thats a real beauty, brother! 👍🏻

Great video thanks for sharing.
The sheath is the main reason I haven't bought one of these. Glad you got the better fitting sheath, but it's still the same thing, just fits a bit better. It's a shame because I like the looks of the knife. It would've been better if it came with a sheath like a Mora does.
@@Mr_Obvious I was told the Mora Kansbol sheath fits it but I do not have a Kansbol to test that. I will be upgrading to leather shortly.
Congrats! Great prize from a great channel!

Budget friendly in price but not in quality!! check out Joe X's video on that knife, he couldn't destroy it with everything he threw at it. I'll take that $35 cold steel over that $100 esee any day of the week!! Thanks for sharing.

Nothing exiting in this blade. Try again Victorinox - this one have nothing to do with the SAK feeling.
@@klazarovful it’s ok, not sure it’s worth the price they have on it… I’d take it over a Mora Companion or Kansbol or Bushcraft black but it’s a little to pricey for oh right what it is. Sheath is trash 🚮. Thanks for watching!

I have the same bag in tan nice video. I'd think about taking out a couple of the cups and adding a Corona folding saw.
@@pyrooutdoors1689 I’ll think about that, thanks for watching!
Entire kit is pointless without proper insulation. Wool blanket, sleeping bag, insulated jacket, etc...
@@pennsyltuckyreb9800 I always add to & take away clothing depending on the season. This is my truck bag not a bag I take hiking or camping. I’ve always got a jacket in the truck. Thanks for watching.
@@Thomas_M76 Got it. Thanks for the videos, brother.
Good pack just some minor suggestions. You could slim down a little bit to make room for other things like the food items you mentioned at the end. Personally I wouldn't take two big cups as they do take some space. I'd keep your first one in the Zebra and lose the other, replace it with a Sea to Summit folding cup if you need a 2nd. Or 3rd actually as you have the one you use to boil as well. I'd also lose the metal bottle as the Nalgene should be enough. I would recommend the Sea to Summit Watercell X, I have the 4L one and it takes no room. Did you have lighting and power options? Solar or a powerbank? You tool pouch also looks bulky and could be slimmed down to a simple Leatherman with the bit kits and a extended driver and keep that on your belt instead of in your pack. I'd also suggest some kind of radio so you can keep up with news as well as music/radio for morale as well. Definitely lose the 2 cheap ponchos from that outer pack, and buy a good multi purpose poncho like the Helikon one I have. Will keep you and your pack dry on the move, and handy for extra sheltering material on a camp. Did you have a compass and map? I'd make sure all the essentials were there first before I added any redundancies like extra cups and so on. For bugging out I'd take all my different stoves, gas canister, alcohol burner and twig stove, only use the first 2 when there's no option for fire making, such as in an urban situation.
Thanks for the input, I do plan on adding a small solar panel. I carry a Leatherman daily on my belt. I do need to add a small wind up emergency radio. I may take the small bottle out bust as far as room goes, the main compartment still has a ton of room left for food. Thanks for watching!
@@Thomas_M76 Forget to mention as I usually do, a compact umbrella is a great item to carry, multi function including collecting rain water. I've only seen a couple other. RUclipsrs included, one being an Australian ex SAS soldier.
Good vid. New sub here.
