Greatest talent and whole new level of music intelligence…so happy to know this guys…hugs from Serbia!!!
Finally some info about the album cover! I love the meaning behind it.... I figured it's a microorganism, but I'm curious why this one, and how did you even come up with it! It's really intriguing... 🥲
Yeah, Simen seems to be an ultraconservative conspiracy theory enjoyer, based on his social media presence. He endorsed JFK Junior before the elections, who is extremely anti-Ukraine, thinks vaccines cause autism and is generally an insane person. I bet many of the members had a lot of arguments with him and possibly they agreed to just not speak about certain topics.
The Goat 🔥🔥🔥
Saw Leprous a few months ago for the first time in Minneapolis and they were absolutely amazing!!! So happy I have tickets to see them again in April in Winnipeg! Please keep touring in western Canada, I will be at every show.
Melodies of Atonement is top 3 best albums of Leprous and your solo proyect was very tastefull. I really want to see how this band and Einar style evolves in some years
"On hold is true". How accurate!
Great stuff , true Band spirit there . This is gonna be huge , a true soft ascension to the top , in 5 - 10 years these guys will headline Big festivals (or at 2nd position after Linkin Park , Rammstein, Metallica ect ..) . I discovered them with Bilateral in 2011 , I was literraly moaning like a whore in my bed when listening to the album with my headphones on , too many good ideas lol .
I liked Pitfalls a lot but wasn't that much of a fan of Aphelion. It's fun to know my favorite track from Aphelion was also written for Pitfalls 😅 But the new album rocks!
Playthrough?
Lovely interview, especially the band members part. I really enjoyed the album and cannot wait to hear the next one.
Looking forward to hearing you guys play The Congregation in Boulder CO in April!!
Melodies of Atonement is absolutely one of top albums from Leprous. I think it's a great blend of heavy and the "newer" leprous sound and it really feels like each band member is contributing in their own way. It's been on constant rotation since it released!
😁 You couldn't help but shade old material 😅 I think you've got shading rap writing potential, would be great if you wrote something like "Our crew used to play prog stuff, long stuff , makes-your-head-bang hard stuff But now we're rolling cool stuff, modern stuff, makes - oldschool-fans whine stuff"
🤣🤣🤣 good one
😂😂😂 I would kill for a Leprous song like that
@@ernestorodriguez5117 Ikr? Would be epic to see sassy, shade-spouting Leprous 😁
Einar can write about a burrito recipe and I'll sing my lungs out.
absolutely! my favorite part about a leprous song coming is being able to just sing my heart out with Einar haha
Thank you for talking about "On Hold". I usually gravitate towards the HEAVIEST OF HEAVY, but that song hits me in a very deep way. It's become my favorite Leprous song, and a great example of how people really do connect when art is genuine and personal.
This album is Genius, I had the pleasure of being on stage with the band in San Francisco during the US tour and it was a dream come true. These guys are so humble, kind, and absolutely talented. Their musical abilities as individuals and as a band are out if this world. I love every song from Leprous.
hearing you mention more prog in the next one definitely makes me excited on what that means
And even more emotional proyects. That's even possible???
Leprous versus VOLA : supercooled Nordic volcanoes that want to be pecked like those on Kamchatka (Russian: Камчатка)
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Masaker… the beast
I've been studying Leprous' song at singing lesson for a lot of time now, and every album gets me something more to focus on with voice improvement. Thank you Einar, your're literally one of my favourite singers ever 🖤
one of the most incredible voice i've ever heard...
Criminally underrated performance.
Head voice master 👌
Increíble! De mis cantantes favoritos en el mundo
Holy shit!!!!!
Is he trans man? Serious
Brilliant!
✨One of a kind composer & singer✨
How can one man...be...so...incredible. You're amazing.
If there's a better rock singer in the world at the moment I don't know who it is. Immediately-recognisable sound, jaw-dropping technique, powerful, soulful and affecting. I never tire of hearing this man sing. And speaking as someone in recovery, there's some vulnerability and insight in some of his lyrics that really speaks to me.
Aguante Leprous. Tremenda interpretación, Einar.
Already one of my favorite Leprous songs, and this version gives me chills up my spine and head. These songs are always so cinematic in themselves, this performance would make a great movie theme. But it would have to be a hell of a movie to be worthy of this.
One of my favourite Leprous songs
So beautiful. ❤️
Gorgeous 🙏✨
❤
The emotional weight of this song is already very heavy in the studio version of the song, this version adds even more of it. What a song, what a voice.
Imposible no emocionarse con esta interpretación 🫀 una de mis canciones favoritas. Bravo Einar ✨👏🔥
Awesome!!
I am a writer and music move me to write poems, now Sir, you bring to us this incredible performance, definately I should write something after I finished this marvelous piece 👑👑👑
The chorus was so beautiful! ❤
Beautiful and inspiring. Listening to you a lot lately and it has helped me discover things in my own voice. Thank you. ❤
Great experience at the acoustic show... The voice sounds even more beautiful than usual 😍❣🎙
One of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard!
👏👏👏👏👏
Amazing!
Holy shit this is beautiful. Please just keep posting these!
I love Leprous and Einar Solberg, an amazing singer I've seen live several times. But please, Einar, use your chest voice more and your head voice less! Your chest voice is so beautiful on the low notes and so powerful on the high notes. There's no need for head voice (I don't like head voices; they lack texture and personality).
