2:37 Right away from the glace at the 540 RPM gearbox I can tell it's been apart for repair. The shaft end plugs different colours and unpainted gearbox mounting bolts. I've dismantled my gearbox three times: - Replace oil seal on input shaft. - Repair output shaft which snapped off at the slip clutch. - Tapered roller bearing failure which misaligned gear shafts and trashed the teeth. The gears were rescued by turning them around the other way on the splined shafts so they now ran on unworn mating surfaces just like new. Can only do this once.
Thanks for the memories. I ran a 411 for 20 years, my dad for 3 years before me, and it was already 13 years old when he bought it. First discbine in the county. Now it sits in the shed as a backup hay cutter only as I started using a H7230 this year.
It depends how dry the hay is. With the baler empty the there is a fill range between 30 and 50 psi. I usually start in the middle. If the hay seems not perfectly dry and the bales are super tight I let some air out. If it’s dry and the weather is perfect I will go right to 50 and make them tight. Make sure your air bags and lines are in good shape otherwise it’s a pain having to keep pumping it up. I run the baler between 520-540 rpm. Ours is a 540 not sure if they made them with a 1000 or not

1 pull baby ! ! !
How do you keep the bars from slapping? If you add air to stop it then it shears pins a lot
I have an 853 and was wondering how much air pressure and rpm you run?

Looks like you made a more slick bale than I can is there something different I can do?
Bonjour je suis a la recherche du renvoi dangle de la husqvarna 165r, pouvez vous m'aider
What the elitrical box used for do you need it to bale ?
Not on this baler. It has hydraulic tie. They did offer electric on these but it’s for a different baler
Hi
Great Video !! what size tractor is that, you are using? Is that a Valtra?
if anyone on here has run these saws they are beasts, they are super lightweight and have so much power, its my fav saw i own besides my 066
This guy and his saw are Fricken AMAZING!!!
Thanks uncle lol 😉
Carburetor is way out of adjustment, chain shouldn't spin when idling.
For sure but has clutch problems. The chain moves even when pulling it over
@@farmerjackson709 okay
@farmer jackson That is a very cool power-saw. Can you tell us more about it someday?
Very nice....impressive. Glad to see the old saws
That’s a ripping little saw!
That saw sound good buddy!! Hope mine goes that well
Awesome hayfield
Greetings. An interesting mechanism. I have not seen such an original. +1
They are. My father has one. I see you have the cap off. He's been having trouble with his.
One thing to check is fuel tank vent. It’s in the fuel cap. Often overlooked on the homelite. This one here was running good but given me grief again.
Ahhh fir.
Ill give you 220 if it's still available
