As I do not recall the whole process of it, could you shortly comment what this might mean?

This really helps with pain. I also meditate on love. Feeling it physically.. flooding the body with oxytocin etc also cbt is a great tool

David- I have a question. I spontaneously saw a past life with Jesus. I have such a heart for that Jesus ( not the current Biblical view). I have ordered Delores Cannon’s They Walked With Jesus and Jesus and the Essenes. ( not interested in the quantum healing at this time).
