Those are so sick!
None of them are any good. It takes way too much typing and Data Entry per comic. What should happen...Online database. Thumbnail for Marvel, Warren, DC, quality, etc. Select marvel, Select Silver Surfer, select Vol 1. 18 comics appear with radial buttons. Click the radial buttons for the ones you have. To see your collection. pull up app. Pubisher. Select Marvel, scroll t Silver Surfer. The Surfer thumbnail also shows Missing:1,4... That is how these apps should work.
Right now. I edit an excel spreadsheet. and print out what I intend to buy. Going to Con, Print Out Warren. Print Out Conan.
What I was trying to fix was the ability to have a listing of what I have on me. Doesn't look like this is physically possible.
What you should have as an assessment is how long does it take to enter a Short Box, say 150 comics without bar codes. Geez the one I just tried you have to start by selecting bar codes or not. then you have to type in what they expect you to call the comic Title. Long List for vampirella. You select Vampirella (Warren) from a scroll list. What a bunch of nonsense. and then You can't just select the next issue. you have to start over. Geez. I am trying to enter 300 issues.
Also, where is the data base of my collection stored. Do I own it. Do I have to pay a Subscription.

I’ve been looking for a comic app for iOS that also keeps track of volumes and individual issues The ones I keep find don’t keep track of individual issues
Where can I order the box?!
I got this one from my local comic shop some years ago. I’d check your local shop there are way better ones out there now.

insert a cardboard slide to mark the place you pulled it out. Then put it back when you are finished & remove the slide.
That’s actually a great idea that I never considered
In reality I use post it notes a lot of the time to mark my spot but we’ve all been here

For limited use i think up to 100 books or something like that. Its one of the few apps i pay for, about £1/$1.50 a month or a similar amount pro rata per year. 100% worth it, best comics app by a million miles. They also have several sister apps including one for blu rays/dvd/4k which i also pay for. The data you can extract from your collection and the way you can manipulate lists is fantastic. Zero regrets paying such a small fee for this.
Veve marvel comics are also something big to mention 😅

Bad time to get back into them...the only thing good marvel has put out was hickmans x-men...and he even left halfway through. Dc comics got to bad they literally got put in a broom closet, sharing desk...marvel isn't much better, just messing up every back story and making tokens...
It's all about the pose and this statue has that. Also I love the colors.

Thank you for all your content. Im a new comic book enthusiasts. And i really appreciate your material. Its making it less stressful then when i started in September. I gave your list a try since then and wanted to hand out some feedback;Shortboxed, I started using, But only used for buying slabs and got me in trouble quick.I have CLZ comics which I subscribed to and is nice to have to organize and have a record of what you have. Key collector I use just to keep myself relevant with what's out there and selling. Any recommendations on apps or websites that we can use for preordering and buying future and current runs?
Awesome question! For any new releases or pre-orders I’d always reach out to your local comic shop and support small businesses. If you don’t have a local shop, then find a comic shop that you think you like and reach out to them about starting a “pull” for you.
