after not having such a great time with the newest flight simulator, i came back to a familiar game and got to re-remember how immersive and instant-playable it is in vr, of the best dogfighting vr

Lowest settings, UEVR profile w/ synchronous rendering enabled, no DLSS, primitive "right hand controller enabled" without objecthook (hoping someone can guide me to it or figure that out next). Mostly made this to show the VR community how it performs on a 3080ti and that it's possible to play worth making a profile for.

i actually played this part a few more times, cool level for a firefight and some pretty immersive keanu

using UEVR and a template provided on UEVR-profiles.com, (seach for squad) I made my own tweaks and voila; where before I had control over the arm direction for aim, I now have full angle and aiming dialed in, and now it's fun. Check out the profile I mentioned and see what works for you. I seem to get a lot of crashes but unsure if it's the VR, or Squidbots

Finally I got it, combined eye 4k output, smooth framerate, everything playable, this mod is something you should not miss if you own a headset, and a pc. The secret for me was DLAA, as it turns out, not any upscaler, which eliminated the ghosting and brought it to monitor sharpness and clarity, for any out there messing with this specs by request for my dated machine; 3080ti, i7 8700 @ 3.7gz ,...

this is going to consume thousands of hours of my life and i cannot stop it, but it truly is a sequel to monster hunter world, so, I guess that's ok

Test flight of Lukeross' latest update to REALVR mod on his patreon. Looks awesome on a 3080, plays and consistently runs smoothly with decent settings, and a huge improvement over previous VR mods like vorpX in both controls, visuals, performance, consistency and ease of use, to the point that listing them would be redundant. This game was cool on desktop but this totally owns; only takes a couple calibration toggles and woah. Using Oculus airlink (you can use steamlink) to connect up with UEVR in administrator priv, launch Trepang2, configure, presto. This works with many many games in unreal 4 and 5; and lots more exist for other engines; search for flat2vr and build your favorite game's vr version yourself!
