Hello I tried it out but the batter is too soft does not stick to the pan .
Hi, sometimes it happens bcz of high or low quantity of ingredients used.. In that case add some dosa/ idly batter to get right batter consistency .. This I have already mentioned in the video. Hope this information helps u

Hi, thanks for watching.. No rice in the sense, no majority portion of rice like regular idli or dosa batter.. 2 tbsps of cooked rice doesn’t make any change in healthy diet, infact adds some carb to the batter mix. I added that to get softness for dosa. We can also skip that step.

I respect you, but don’t judge people by their work.. u are not checking in everyone’s home what they have in their kitchen.. FYI which I used in this video is not nonstick. It’s stoneware cookware. Thanks for ur time & concern towards women.

While making the dosa, it is breaking
Hi.. that must be bcz of the ingredient proportions used while grinding batter.. I mentioned in the end of the video that, by any chance the given ingredients used more or less, dosa May get too soft which leads to break.. in that case mix some regular dosa batter.. Hope this information is helpful 👍🏻
