@@Benzknees _"What's an EV got to do with manual gearboxes?"_ Well, you warned that you thought by choosing to buy an automatic rather than a manual, that one would potentially be up for a "huge bill" (presumably for replacing the transmission). EV's are being pushed madly by governments, and quite a lot of people have been buying them. They only have a single gear, so no significant bill for transmission issues. However, their batteries are immensely expensive and don't have a huge lifetime, and worse, a number fail qutie prematurely. I'm essentially saying, your bill risk for choosing an automatic over a manual is nothing compared to choosing an EV over either.
@@jiminverness - Well yes, but your OP was about autos being a better choice than manuals. A pal of mine specialises in auto gearbox repair & has advised me never to get an auto gearbox, due to the rate of failure & high cost of repair. Plus manuals are more economic on fuel, offer better engine braking & more control.

Hi Kevin, great video.. very detailed 👍🏽. I’m currently shopping round for the best deal on the Hyundai Tucson Executive Plus Hybrid to order for 2023 half payment up front, the rest finance… So far I have three different prices, one of which is pointless to state as it was way above the other two.. First quote was €46,945 excluding metallic paint and the finance is 5.9… Second quote was €45,895 including metallic paint with a rate of 3.9… This was a price difference of €1,000 and the metallic… I can’t understand why the price differers … Can you do better than the above?… Also: are they demo cars in your video and if so, have they the spec I’m looking for and what is your best price ? Thanks

Hi kevin… I’m looking to order the new Hyundai executive plus cash deposit of 20k the rest financed… I’m ringing round to get the best deal in out the door price and finance rate over 5 years… I’ve 3 garages to compare so far… what can you do?

84hp with 112 Nm torque. Really? The cheapest Dacia today has 90 hp and 142 Nm and people still consider it too slow. If this car is priced closer to a Polo, Fiesta or Yaris than a Dacia..what can I say?
Actually I did choose this over the New Sandero. I know it is slightly slower: Dacia Sandero III Tce90 (0-100): 12,7s compared to Hyundai i20 1.2 Dpi (0-100): 13,1s, BUT the i20's engine is a simple NA engine so no expensive turbo repairs in the future, you can use it for shorter trips and it will survive on the highway and if You sit in both cars the quality of materials and build quality in general is not even close. The polo and fiesta are much more expensive here and the Yaris looks like a toy car to me 🤷🏻♂
How can you compair a premium king car Hyundai i20 to a cheep problamatic sandaro... Shit😅
@@sijoputhooran1001 I am not going to correct your English as this is beside the point. I20 never was a " premium king car" in Europe. I have been driving the Sandero for the last 8 years without any issues and this car is the best sold car in Europe but if you want to pay more for less power and space go ahead and do it.
@@RUclipsnonesenseI have tested both cars (1.0 Dacia and i20 1.0 turbocharged) and Dacia was dead after 120kmh, but the i20 still accelerate after 140 kmh. So this was decisive.
I’m waiting for delivery of my i20 N-Line with the 1.0l 120bhp 200 torque. I’m always surprised that you are not that far from me in Liverpool but your equipment is so different. I would think the 1.2 normally aspirated with 5 speed box would feel rather slow?

thats one veryyy pooor equipped i30 N line tbh... almost the most basic possible, ive driven a normal i30 with more equipment that still did fantastic, owning i20 N line in reality and its much prettier than that one in my opinion for a supposed N line.
N Line does not add any equipment - it just adds sporty look. All the systems and comfort features are available only in N Line Plus or in the Style (non N Line) version. At least here in Slovakia.

I owned 2022 Tucson Hybrid "Ultimate" and I'm not happy nor satisfied, I also paid for additional extended warranty for 160,000 km or 8 years. The dealer told me the hybrid battery is covered with warranty!, is this true or I'd been scam by the dealer?, please give me some good advise, thanks

J'ai ma Bayon 1.0l mhev 7DCT sky (haut de gamme en Belgique) couleur turquoise depuis le 01/07/22 et j'en suis très content. J'ai déjà 4.400 km. Sur une route nationale, j'ai un record de 3,9 l/100 km sur une distance de 10 km.
