I dont think sports bike posture will create issues in neck, except r15 and ktm... ninja, karizma, apache have a very nice sitting position...but yes bikes like cruisers can definitely get you back issues

Get a good paint job, vinyl wraps don’t stay for longer period of time. I also recently got a second hand R3 and the engine is just a treat.

I think you should go for the paint and then for the PPF. The colour of the bike look really good. with respect to your yt career i think you should go for full modification of your current R3 because your audience are watching you for your expirence with R3 which means if you are taking your yt career serious you would need to keep this bike for lifetime which means the modification will be worthy. If spending 2 lakhs on modification doesn't feel worthy for you then maybe upgrading to another Yamaha bike (eg- R7) may work for your yt career but buying and modifing that new bike will be heavy for your pocket. But going for anything other than Yamaha would make your current subscribers upset. Although if you are not that serious about yt then do whatever your ❤ says you to do.
