I just saw it after you mentioned it in a session we had today-wow! Amazing content. It’s fascinating to see such a unique community gathered there and to understand their thought process. Amazing job, Saleh!
Can you do an interview of an actual Pakistani. I respect the guest but he is just a born Pakistani us citizen so would highly appreciate it if you could find a Pakistani who actually applied from Pakistan and got in if any exist, thanks.
IIT >>>>> US Colleges
It all comes down to the areas you’re passionate about and which professors’ work you find inspiring.
Very true! Also, one needs to understand what each school is able to provide toward the individual's goals. Some schools are better suited for some topics and careers.
This was a great interview thank you for always bringing the best and deepest material to us, preparing these interviews and all the cameras and editing and maintaining this channel is a huge cumbersome task that takes a lot of time and effort, I totally appreciate your input and time that you put into this dear Saleh. In my point of view, this interview was the most authentic and original among the 3 so far. I didn't have to check the time every few minutes to see how much of the interview is left contrary to the past ones, I just sat back and watched and enjoyed a great story being told. I would really love to see women candidates too, so far we have only had 3 men, I know I am just a little guy and you definitely have a lot of experience in this, but I would suggest surveying the audience and inviting guests with whom followers might feel more connected to, like perhaps people from middle east or Iran (if there are any) even students from 1 or 2 years ago, especially those who might have a story similar to what the majority of followers could possibly experience. I mean there are the cases that some candidates despite originating from for example the middle east but were living in the US for a long time, that wouldn't necessarily associate with people that reside in the region. Perhaps that shows how having an international experience is phenomenal for acceptance, and cases in which people without it might have been admitted are rare. Nevertheless, whether in the US or in anywhere else in the world, women constitute half of the applicants and addressing that would be great. This could go on to cover LGBTQ students, African Americans, Asians, Native Americans or Latinos... I totally understand that you are building this channel with huge thoughts behind it, and it is only the matter of time that this is taking off to huge success, maybe just a little marketing perhaps, but the material is of high quality and is undoubtedly built for success. and please please please invite some MSx'ers too :)) I know MSx audience is limited but if you had time, it would be great. By the way, I never realized when Alex took his jacket off :)) I was already a few minutes before the end that noticed and had to rewind back to the moment this happened. I mean the white doctor's jacket perfectly suited for a doctor; it showed how proud Alex is about his stellar background :D a football and a white jacket, hahaha! he definitely wanted to build a picture in minds to be remembered with!
Thank a lot Kiarash. I am really glad you liked it. And thanks for the constant support and constructive feedback. This helps us improve. A few points regarding your feedback: We have already planned a few interviews with my female classmates as well. There are ~430 classmates and it takes time to get to know them deeply enough to have a genuine conversation, haha. Please evaluate the diversity of guest selection on a long-run basis (e.g., after 15 interviews). Also, building relationships with MSx folks takes some time. Our region, MENA, is unfortunately often under-represented. But I will for sure interview a few classmates from the region. Thanks a lot for being so excited about it. We would really appreciate it if you have any recommendations for promotion. Please let us know. Also, please share the podcast and the Instagram page with your community and make sure to follow us on LinkedIn @ www.linkedin.com/company/mba-odyssey/ Thanks a lot again.

Thank you for this amazing interview. My take from this interview is just as Atticus Finch told Scout that killing a mockingbird is a sin in the famous novel, we can say that not trying out because of fearing to hear the "No" is also a sin. I was thinking about how it would be awesome if applicants could send their questions to be asked during these interviews, but then again thought you Saleh are the best person to come up with the right questions. Then again it hit me that now that I have watched the interviews, perhaps I can ask more relevant questions and interact with these extraordinary individuals more properly. If I may have a suggestion, I was wondering if you could interview one of the MSx students as well in a future episode perhaps please. Thank you, you are performing the deepest assistance among all current MBA candidates to MBA applicants. 🙏♥
Thank you Kiarash for your consistent support and great suggestions. I will try to connect to some MSx'ers as well.
There should be a part 2 with him

So I asked. He hasn't used Matt Fortuna. He has used one in India, specializing on Indian applicants. I don't think his AW score was that important in his admission. He basically had a whole new application, with a lot more work experience, and a more defined goal. He is following a joint masters degree with the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.
