I saw many comment talk about leo took out scissors not paper but i think if you watch it carefully he actually took out paper but change it to scissors for fun and if he make scissors from the start everyone can notice it because they can see everyone hand in the middle.

Aw, man, Leo looks like he really wants his members to understand what he meant by “ildangbaek” (/understand HIM better), and he seems pretty disappointed that they don’t... I suspect that it was intended to have a deeper meaning, and was possibly related to the members (which is why Leo seemed extra unwilling to explain it). Like, “even though we didn’t see the sunrise, it was still okay because each of you is ildangbaek,” or something. But then again, I might just be reading way too much into this.
