APPROACH
Linear Fluidity Movement Style for Contemporary Dance (Linear Fluidity) touches on the flow of energy. It focuses on the circular and spiral imagery of energy adapted to the body's linear and joint physicality. This pushes the body and the dance to be flexible, fluid, and versatile.
Technique training is important as it builds awareness of the body during movements. This awareness helps ensure longevity and prevent physical injuries. Consistency in practicing exercises will increase strength and familiarity with movements and transitions.
