How to use and where is found those tables
🎉❤

❤
Hello I am on 100 mg of clomid and taking 10 mg of letrozole hopefully I can ovulate this month❤
How to use those tablets and where we can found this tablets
❤
Hey that baby must have arrived 🎉
I'm currently taking letrozole but running into the issue of having my period for now 17days straight. I'm taking the letrozole 2.5mg and i just finished the 5th pill yesterday. My dr said to finish the pills and so i did but now I'm a little discouraged because my period hasn't ended. aside from that I'm so happy for u and i wish you a healthy pregnancy and baby!!
Goodluck! Keep moving, when you feel like they come every 10 minutes, start timing your contractions, ideally your want them every 2 to 3 minutes, lasting a minute from start contraction till the end, if you have them regularly like that in 1 houre time (you'll know) then it's time to get to hospital. Make sure he brings snacks 😊
Just make sure you know that measurements at this stage can be off by 15%. So don't let your midwife or obgyn fearmonger you into an induction. When i had my firstborn, i had GD too, managed with a diet, but i got induced at 40+4, and he was born 40+5, he was little less than 7lb's (3420 gram) with first baby's that's fairly normal. If you do get an induction, make sure to start you on a low dose of pitocin, and give your body a chance to pick it up from there. Stay mobile as much as you can, walk, dance, sway, use fitness ball or peanut ball, anything that helps baby engage down. Same with labor, choose a position(s) that you feel comfortable with, gravity helps, so squatting, birthing stool, all 4's are good, some can even be done with an epidural. Make sure you make informed consent choices ❤
Congrats on your baby a quick one did you diet or take supplements as i have had 3miscarriages with PCOS Thankyou
@@chuchu7710 hi! Honestly not much- I tried to watch what I ate as far as more protein & veggie intake and took prenatals & went on more walks for movement. I’m so sorry to hear about your miscarriages! 💔 I’m sure they are beautiful angel babies! 👼👼👼 wishing you the best of luck!!! 🙏🏼
@@kiayamariealfred Thankyou been placed on metformin and aspirin now hope this time around it works if not pregnant in 2months will try Letrozole

@@Kay_7777 oh I’m so glad to hear this! I was so frustrated watching other women post their menstrual cycle dates bc mine were never comparable either! Glad you found my page! Thanks for watching! Wishing you all the baby dust!! 🩷

Yes! We conceived this cycle with both Clomid and Letrozole! I have a more recent video talking about it as well! Good luck!!! I really hope it works for you!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😊
@@kiayamariealfred thank you so much for your reply.. ❤ congratulations🎉
Congratulations dear, did you do a trigger shot?
Thank you!! No trigger shots! 💉
So happy to see you back!!!! Yay 3rd trimester!!❤️
Been smiling all through. Keep going mama😍🙌 thank you for the updates
I hope everything is still going well for you and that you're having a wonderful pregnancy! ❤️
U mind not with it girl u can't see a faint line on a pregnancy test but if it is positive congrats to you
I’m sorry if you didn’t experience seeing a faint line. I’m sure it was exciting for you to get solid lines right away! I, in fact, did get faint lines that turned darker with each day! 😊
Congrats! Do you remember when you ovulated and did you take the pills at night or in the morning?
Ovulated day 14 I believe, which was early for me! Typically would ovulate between days 17-19. Took pills in the morning! Good luck!!
I think it’s so crazy, we try so hard to not get pregnant growing up , and then when you are trying to it can be almost impossible. Congrats!
My first cycle didn't work on my second now..may God grant us chances!
Any update? We wishing you all the best
How long did it take you to get pregnant?
Actively trying, it took about 2 years!
Please more weekly updates on your pregnancy and belly shots or updates on your pregnancy and baby's health etc ❤
I took my clomide tabs just for days but thank God I'm now preg
Congratulations!! 🎉
If so many eggs were released Do you have multiple pregnancy? How
Just one baby in there! 😊
I get how you feel on those pregnancies and I've been wanting to get pregnant and I've been wanting to actually have one kid and try to make it at least one kid so I'm so happy that you guys are doing good with this pregnancy cycle ❤
Hi, congratulations to you both. I just started my journey and I'm hopeful.
Oh I’m so glad you are here! ☺️ I’m so hopeful for you and your journey! It can be pretty emotional but just know you are never alone!! I watched a TON of ttc and infertility videos in the heart of our journey and it honestly helped my mentality to much! Easier to go through rough parts when u know you’re not the only one traveling down that road! And educating yourself through other peoples journeys is such an amazing resource to be able to advocate for yourself by knowing all of your options! Praying for you!! 🤍🙏🏼
Congratulations!! You will love being parents! There is nothing like it!!
Awwwee stay positive. Congratulations!❤❤❤❤
All of that anxiety of waiting for a positive could be avoided if you just test on the day of what would be your first day of your period. That way you know for sure negative or positive. I did this and yes I did struggle to conceive it was a lot less stress this way. And you save money on tests.
This would definitely be the ideal situation! 😁 I am just an obsessive tester and the minute I could know I want to know! It doesn’t make sense to some people but it’s just the way it is for me! 😅🤍
Congrats.... Makes me sad seeing these, been trying for so freak in long and nothing, 37 no kids and probably won't, this journey is terrible 😒 smh
I’m so sorry to hear this. It is such a hard journey!!! The emotional toll it plays on you is unreal. Prayers and hugs to you!! 🙏🏼🤍
Congratulations!!

Honestly i watch so many of these journeys and i am so very lucky to have my children. Although the last pregnancy took two years. I pray for a positive ❤
I’m finding it is such a common thing for women to go through years of infertility! Many struggle in silence which is so sad! I’m very thankful for those who share their journeys! It has given me so much hope the last few months/years!! Praying for a positive for you if you are currently in the thick of the journey!! 🙏🏼🤍
Congratulations!!!I'm really happy for you!!!!Wishing you good health and smooth childbirth. I'm here to accept your good luck.😇😇
Thank you so much!! I will be praying for you, mama! Stay positive and find hope in the small wins, even if it’s in other peoples journeys similar to yours!! You will get those two pink lines!! ☺️🩷🙏🏼

Did you get prescribed by ob or straight to fertility doc?
I just love your spirit!
You are so sweet! Thank you very much!! ❤
Hi, How did it go? How many mature follicles did you get this cycle?
Hello! I should post a video explaining how it went! This was a new study at my fertility clinic and we are currently 11.5 weeks pregnant! Update posting now! I wasn’t able to do follicular monitoring due to being out of the country 🤦🏽♀️. But at our first pregnancy confirmation ultrasound (at 7 or 8 weeks)…. they said I ovulated FIVE EGGS. 3 from one side, 2 from the other! But only one egg fertilized! 🤍 Thanks for following our journey!! If you are ttc I am so hopeful for you!! 🤍
Update please 🎉🎉🎉
Update being posted now! 🥳😅 thank you for following our journey! If you are ttc I am so hopeful for you!! ❤

I wish you will get to see those pink lines ❤
You can fully reverse infertility in less than a year. Infirtikity and PCOS are the result of chronic hormone imbalance. Chronic hormone imbalance is most commonly caused by (1) chronic inflammation and (2) chronic elevated insulin levels. The most common *_root cause_* of chronic inflammation and elevated insulin levels is *chronic overconsumption of carbohydrates.* 👀*Keep daily carb consumption below 20 total grams per day for six months to completely reverse PCOS* Supplementary information follows: ⚠️ *Moderate and high carb foods* ⚠️ • Bread, rice, grains, noodles 🍞🥖🍚🍜 • Candies, sweets, sugary drinks, alcohol 🍭🍰🧃🍺 • Vegetables 🥕🥔🌽🫑 • Fruits, fruit juice, honey 🍇🍌🍓🍯 • Milk, cream, yogurt 🥛 ✅ *Low carb foods* ✅ • Meat (unprocessed) 🍖🍗🥩🥓 • Sea food (unprocessed) 🐟🦀🦞🦐 • Eggs 🥚🍳 • Butter/Ghee 🧈 • Salt 🧂 • Water 💧 You do not have to restrict calories to reverse PCOS, just limit carbs. 🚨 *NOTICE* 🚨 Suddenly restricting carbohydrates will likely result in temporary, unpleasant carbohydrate withdrawals. It is similar to suddenly restricting caffeine or nicotine - expect headache, mood swings, cravings, low energy, disrupted sleep, etc. These symptoms are temporary and not dangerous. As with caffeine withdrawals, carbohydrate withdrawal symptoms will pass in three to nine days. 🚨 *NOTICE* 🚨 Suddenly increasing daily fat consumption may cause temporary diarrhea. This happens as a result of your gall bladder not producing enough bile to process the incoming fat. In this condition, the body simply evacuates the fat it cannot process which results in diarrhea. You gall bladder will begin to produce more bile over time and the diarrhea will pass. You can take Ox bile as a supplement if you want to reduce the severity of the transition phase. *Key point:* Keep your total daily carbs under 20g for six months and your PCOS will be resolved. Peace and love to all. ❤
