That 12 sounds a little weird , the 8 and 10 inch toms are smacking the 12 sounds like it’s lacking a little bit of tone , still sounds great not hating at all, and I love the 16 too
It’s all good bro . I appreciate the criticism plus tbh now that I agree that the 12 sounded out of tune compared to the rest of the Toms .
I did notice it was a little off too. Bottom head may need some adjustment.

On that particular snare I’m using a 14” regular coated emperor .
Not even close, start with low Tom and repeat My,,,,,, Dog,,,,, has,,,,, fleas,,,has worked for me in the studio doing jingles and commercials the last 40 years
I tune my drums to George of the Jungle...

The two hi toms sound great. The two low toms are kind of alike and thuddy. In a mix they’ll probably get swallowed up in that frequency range.
