hello!
for some reason i took so long to edit this one...i didn't even colour grade this bc there were so many clips recorded in so many different places but let's just pretend that it's for the authentic vibes 👌🏻 that said, this was fun to make because i got to sift through so many silly moments and the new wework office was just sososo pretty. i miss it!! i want to go back
also debating if i should make the videos longer,, i whittled this down from 50+ minutes and the cuts are pretty quick just to keep things interesting 🤔 but i heard videos over ten minutes are more enjoyable on yt! i just worry that the longer it is the less cohesive it feels hmmm
sorry the outtakes are so long TT i alwa...

hello! this took longer than expected...it was harder to weave together a coherent story when i really was just filming everything that we did 🤔 colour grading was also harder bc the lighting and tones in all the clips were so inconsistent i had to adjust every clip individually 🫠 can you believe we were there for three months and only explored two cities outside of shanghai!! gotta do better 😞...

hello! i had so so much fun editing this one but i am also sad that we missed zootopia land by just a few months (i love zootopia an indordinate amount) splicing clips with different loudness was a little haphazard - i tried to normalise the volume across all the videos, but for the bits without bgm i had to raise it a little 🤔 i think it worked out okay! also i am fully aware of my over-relian...

hello! as a major homebody this is about everything fun i did over the three months i was in shanghai... if i had gone alone i would've explored even less i think 🧐 the entire footage was originally close to an hour but i'm pretty sure i just edit with an attention span that's been fried by tiktok... please let me know if some clips are too short HAHA rewatching the same bits over and over agai...

thank you!! i’m still very much a beginner - i use capcut on my laptop! i find that having the right sequence of steps helps; i organise my clips in a cohesive order then cut them to the beat of the music before going in with all the transitions and captions ^^

What can be done if the image quality is getting ruined?
are you talking about the cropping part? my long image looks blurry when i’m using the smaller canvas to try and crop it into smaller parts, but after exporting it looks fine in my photo gallery 🧐 this is still the method i use so i know it works, but maybe you need to check the resolution of your original pictures, increase the canvas pixel dimensions (proportionately) or use an online web cropping tool instead (pinetools has been recommended to me but i haven’t tried it yet)

Also skating! I just got into it, I was extremely bored all summer, my sister was a horrible teacher, I started skating 3 days ago just for fun and everyday for at least and hour. Now i'm doing AMAZING, I even learned some tricks and cross footwork!

hi ! After your embroidered them, do you use any lacing or anything to hold the embroidery together? or do you just knot it ? 😲
hey!! i usually slip the thread in the back of another stitch then double knot it a couple times (i go by vibes LOL as long as it feels secure)! it holds up pretty well (i still wear these)
