The fact that anything of this worked out at all is mindblowing In summary: Half of the population of a loose alliance of colonies that in turn were also internally divided about some fundamental topics plan on rebelling against the most powerful empire in the world...by asking the people who they themselves kicked out 12 years earlier for help.
I want everyone to watch this scene, these eloquent speakers who were able to manipulate the language in fantastic ways we have long since forgotten....and substitute John Adams and Franklin with (Taiwan) and King George with (China)........ We fought for our independence, it was not given..and Taiwan needs to do the same. " This declaration should declare what is already fact".
As a kid born in August 1990, THIS was MY terminator. I was too young to have seen part 1 first so to me t800 was always the good guy until i saw part 1. From the docs I've watched, they did a good job in hiding the good guy bad guy twist. I can't imagine that mall scene in theatres. That "Get Down" reveal mustve had people so shocked
South Carolina-still trying to secede from the union in 2024. These people down here certainly have disconnected from intelligence and common sense. To say nothing of their disdain for the proper usage of english , these hillbillies are dumb.
Excellent program. Has only one oddity. Why is Washington shown as an elderly man? He was only 44 in 1776. In this program Washington looks to be in his mid 60s not 40s.
I love how this scene is somewhat of a call back to the club scene in the first movie. Even the way Arny gets up after being thrown through the glass is the same as how he got up after being shot through the glass in the first movie.
1776 our Independence proclaimed. 1781 the surrender of British Forces in America. The Treaty of Paris 1783 ceasing all hostilities. Five years of bloodshed. Two years of negotiation. Nine years later we went to War with Britain again. Frankly I never thought Britain that much of an Ally as much as they were a liability.
Just a little detail for you. Once the US began as a country, John Adams became the genesis for the federalist party and Jefferson became the genesis for the democratic-republican party. This scene gives you a glimpse into Adams's political leanings for a more centralized government. "No Mr. Dickinson, the people look for us to lead the way" vs. "Only the voice of the people can declare independence." Is a perfect comparison between the two mindsets. Dickinson was by no means a democratic-republican, but this moment gives a little bit of foreshadowing into what Adams thought was the correct way to govern. Brilliant show and such a subtle detail, that I'm sure was intentional.
3:55 "Duel" music when the Truck goes over the cliff!!
Great win in third game!
This was such a good mini-series.

Massachusetts was leading the talk of Independence I see. Why is South Carolina always such a pain in the ass? 😂
Man that South Carolina guy at the end is SASSY
Most unrealistic car chase ever... None of those cars even had airbags! 🙄
Franklin jumped on an opportunity to go to France on a trip paid for by the state.

@ 3:55-4:05: " Don't adjust your seatbelts..." "Welcome to the T-1000's School of Driving!" "Gentlemen, start your screaming!"
At the very end, Rutledge makes the gesture, "Talk to the hand!" LOL
When the T1000 shot the janitor when he was just standing in the way at 0:46 Lol 😂
John Conner is being chased by Nemesis Prime...
great gameplay, ty for the content.
I love John Connor has a model 101 as a father figure.
Mr. Rutledge's hand wave at the end was so sassy. BYE BIOTCHES
Michael Biehn should have played the T-1000 that would have been awesome
