Y&R's background music is legendary.Definitely needs to be a compilation mix of it available especially from the 70s-very early 2000s.

This show was much better in the old days.

Awesome. Y&R's score from the 80s through the 90s was beautiful, poignant, terrifying, soothing, sad, they really knew how to capture the full range of human emotions through music back then. I wish you and I could sit at the keyboard together. I remember the melody to a lot of pieces of instrumental cues from years ago. There's one bit that uses bell chimes and choral (human vocals) too that I loved to hear over and over.
