This bill isn't debatable at all, its just waste of time: The Anti -Corruption bill is still pending with other relevant bills of public concern and here we are with a cluster bill. We need a whollistic one that would serve the entire civil service and not few interest groups.

Why not reducing loans, esp. inflation ($ exchange rate), and go for domestic borrowing, invest on domestic production of essential commodities via locals. Introduce and expand renewable energy where applicable e.g Electricity. Rule out subsidy.
