HRT, Devgru and the seals all move fast using the element of surprise inserting themselves into a dangerous situation so theyre trained to take the threats out quickly and keep each other safe. I have never seen hrt sit around for long at a call but have seen many swat teams not willing to go in to the threat. Hrt comes up with a plan quickly and executes it perfectly
