Thank you for your comment. I’ve also made book in premium color, and the paper didn't smudge when using pens or markers. However, I once saw a woman on RUclips say that it smudged, so there might be slight differences in the type of paper depending on the place of manufacture. I hope your artwork goes well!

@@mx1299 Thank you for asking! Are you inquiring about the software I’m using? If so, I use Adobe Photoshop. I created the images in Photoshop and exported them as PDFs. Since my book has images that bleed to the edges, KDP's website states, " If your book has images or elements that bleed to the edges of your pages, you must upload your manuscript as a PDF." ( kdp.amazon.com/en_US/help/topic/G202145060 ) I hope my answer helps!

Thank you for your comment. I also think that Premium is not so suitable for Marker coloring. I've seen a RUclipsr say that markers bleed on Standard paper, but I haven't experienced any bleeding. Thank you for your comment. In my experience, the standard paper is suitable for coloring books. You can color without bleeding through. The ink does show through thinly on the back, so as you said, it would be better not to include any colorable content on the left side. However, I don't think the exact same paper is used everywhere in the world. Or maybe it's because of the different types of the ink in the pens. Anyway, from what I've tried, I think that the standard paper can be used comfortably for coloring.
