That's cool that you worked on a cruise ship! We always like Nassau as a cruise port, and had heard good things about Baha Bay and it was much cheaper than Atlantis so we decided to try it out, and weren't disappointed! Highly recommend! 👍

For a signature dining location, the prices are definitely on the higher end, but not the most expensive compared to some of the other Disney signature dining locations. The nice thing since it is tapas style is that you can save a little money by doing the sharable plates and meals. I hope this helps!

We really like some of the complimentary food spots like the Snack Shack, and the buffet is decent, but I agree with you, I wish there were more things that were included on the island that you didn't have to pay extra for.

Yes, that is great that you were able to book some of the shows you want to go to prior to boarding, oftentimes if you're unable to book in advance you can try again once you board the ship, but even better to get them booked in advance! 👍

Great question! I believe the latest update I saw was that recommended daily gratuity is close to $18 per person per day, and that is shared among crew members, including dining, bar, culinary services, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams. We typically pre-pay our gratuity and then at the end of the cruise they provide you with an envelope if you want to provide an additional tip for your stateroom attendant or any other crew members. I hope this helps!

The Osborne Lights, We miss that event sooo much. We went so many times the last year they announced they were doing the display. If this is true it would so be worth a trip to SDC just to be there and be a part of the nostalgia of the Osborne Lights! EDIT: I just looked it up and it looks like they donate a large portion of the lights to the GKTW complex in Orlando. So a majority of them went to such a great cause, those kids probably love seeing the lights!
