SARS COVID 19 Antigen Test
can be done at Bedside
Kit contains:
1.Desiccator- which should be Yellow in color
If its green then discard it
2. Buffer tube with a seal onto it
3. Nasopharyngeal tube
4. nozzle caps for the tubes
Temperature range: 2-30 degrees Celsius
Step 1: Fill the form completely
Label the Buffer tube also
Step 2 :Take Nasopharyngeal swab
Move it up & down vigorously & keep it in place for 5-10 seconds
It will absorb more virus, hence high specificity
Open the buffer tube.

rotate the swab and pinch the buffer tuba at the same time so that it mixes and squeezes at the same time, and pull the swab by pinching the swab, hence more sample squeezes into tube for better testin...
