    Very nice and balanced presentation Arvind. As a clinical vaccinologist I totally agree with your assessment of the covid disease and its prevention by vaccination. It is rather unfortunate that so much politics was played about this in 2021 throughout India and possibly in the world. Yes, pharma companies make huge profits but without these vaccines the deaths due to covid would have been horrendous. Unfortunately, our understanding of the immune system is still far from perfect. Even the most safe small pox vaccination had problems but benefit to risk ratio was good there. Also, with the availability of search engines, social media through the internet, a lot of false information also spreads. In balance I would say, India did very well using the two vaccines produced locally and kudos to the scientists, physicians and health workers for this.

    What is general terms for harmonic mean Like arithmetic mean have formula for first n natural number sequence So what is general formula for first n natural number sequence for harmonic mean ??????

    • @nagamanikomarla5376
      @nagamanikomarla5376 Год назад

      Such a formula doesn’t exist. However, if you know the first term is of the form 1/a and the second term is of the form 1/b, then, the nth term of the HP is of the form 1/(a+(n-1)d) where d=b-a.

    stack exchange is not science. It's pseudo-science. it's more *parasitic computing. The best way to describe parasitic computing is stack exchange allows a user to participate in answering questions, or critique of other poster's answers in a system blatantly copied almost exclusively on a popular principle in human characteristic response deeply integrated in the computer gaming industry. That is, create a point system. The more you play, the higher possibility your score will increase, or you fail, and have to play the game more to win or improve. Other players can squash or quell your answers, or modify them and receive points in doing that, all to create human based competition. The best way to describe stack exchange in pseudo science is one should explore the dynamics of stack exchange then compare it to the definition of pseudo science. Explore the term parasitic computing and examine the stack exchange model against that in human interaction in definition as well. This act of one computer posing a question, then when interacting with another computer, has the other in programming perform all the complex computations. Then, the one performing, provides results back to the originating computer. With stack exchange, all the person's work to research or provide response also become solely owned by stack exchange. Sell, use, or profit from it as they see fit. It is many people's belief that stack exchange is no more than a cheap rip off off computer gaming, and applying it to acquire intellectual property by any means available, then make it proprietary. Calling that science is crap. Pseudo science. The best analogy of stack exchange I can think of is this: picture a taxi company. Rips off a rule book from 15 other taxi cab companies, and from them creates company rules from the best rules they gleaned from those 15 other taxi cab companies. This cab company owns 3 defunct, 20 year old, high mileage cabs. Hires 53 drivers. Creates an elaborate point system, with strict cab rules the drivers must learn, and get points for learning them. This requires cab drivers to be at the cab company for hours and hours, trying to get more points. Display behavior as a professional cab driver at all times=more points. The hired drivers that were hired first, are entitled to more priveleges; can reach a level where they are entitled to learn how to perform basic repairs to cabs; but, don't earn any points at this level until they actually perform repairs on the cab. Those elite drivers that perform actual repairs accumulate more points than newly hired drivers, and more points than drivers senior, but don't perform repairs on the cabs. So, a silent rule is, to get more points, those drivers that repair cabs, get points quicker and more sum points. So, a driver has to go out on their own, and learn how to repair an automobile at their own expense (equates to the complexity for the cab maintenance, or status from "broke, to repaired, to returned to brand new" is 100% borne by the driver, who doesn't own the cab) With this system, the driver performs all the complex repairs using their own assets and ingenuity, even buying the engine parts or ordering new parts to fix one or all three cabs from within their own funds. The more they spend, the more points they get. The company reviews the work, and assigns lower points than the driver expected. Since the repair is deemed by the company, it didn't actually produce enough to get the cab in new condition, or back out on the road. So, other drivers see that this one driver did a lot of work, but got points, and a higher stature, and has higher status in the company much quicker than they did, so they begin to work on the cabs, because fixing the cabs, once entitled to, gets a driver more points. ..all the while, the cab company secretly sells that cab, and gets 13 more broke ones; hires 183 more drivers ..and now 15 cabs are being worked on and repaired with this elaborate gaming point system, with the driver's own resources to do it. All this while the cab is solely owned by the cab company. This parasitic growth continues for years. The cab company grows to own 20 brand new cabs, but immediately sells those to other the other cab companies it stole the cab company operating manual from, and sells them at a profit. Has 85 cabs that are in working order, repaired by the drivers; but none of the drivers ever get enough points, an no cab is ever driven. Cab company has over 300 defunct cabs with 1000s of drivers working on in a computer gaming point system...and in all this process, the cab company never puts any drivers on the road, and no cab owned by the company is ever actually used to pick up any customer and take them anywhere. If anyone slams this cab company as parasitic, it simply defends its' actions as if it's making professional cab drivers or is a source of good to the community. All crap. It's just elaborate and parasitic. Nothing more. This is a shoe fit analogy of stack exchange, in my opinion.

      Stack exchange is neither science not pseudoscience. It's just an online community lol. Jesus Christ what a ridiculous essay on something so trivial.
