Final thoughts and tips and tricks on the Kollter esum, Horwin Ranger,Masai 3000, Tinbot, Artisan.
Final thoughts (sorry for the long ramble, btw) on the the tinbot, Kollter esum , horwin ranger, Masai 3000, artisan 45kph version.
If you can afford it, get some (not a sponsor unfortunately) Oakley prism sunglasses, you'll thank me later.
(not a sponsor, unfortunately) for all your parts : www.monsterquad.fr/363-pieces...
Anyway, I could ask for that coffee again, but that's just a waste of time IMO.
Also open to Bitcoin btw, then again if you are watching this. You probably don't need to watch this😂
Anyways, if any questions please let me know, more than happy to help.

Part 2 (the easy way) Derestring the tinbot, Kollter esum , horwin ranger, Masai 3000, artisan 45kph

So, I tested my theory, and guess what? IT WORKS!. Any other questions regarding the bike, just let me know. Definitely the Speedo is off by a bit. 75kph should be stock, for x amount of miles. Don't expect to do long rides with it. Make sure your chain is tight enough. Also, you let the two connector connected to the battery, it will drain it. Anyway, I could ask for that coffee again, but tha...

I have a link for you: www.kollterusa.com/downloads
This video was really helpful, thank you.
Welcome, I believe that this is the easiest way to go around it.

There is also another way, like I said I think in de video. But you would need the correct software and a laptop. Maybe one day I'll give it a go...
Could someone clarify how to do this, do you connect a normal USB cable and then connect it somewhere?
Somewhere in the comments I have explained it. Well, I explained multiple ways included this video. Seriously, even for a novice it's easy AF.
@@JAY-wn2hr So i cut the cable that goes into the back of the USB port? I just don't want to cut the wrong cable and damage my bike.
@@Napoleonvanderbiltmake a trow email. Dump in here, and I'll send you a picture.
@@Napoleonvanderbiltalso there are multiple ways to go around this. You could even do this through the controller unit itself. Maybe one day I'll try that, because with a laptop and the correct software you can set the ideal parameters. If you have an old USB cable, you could cut off one end , and connect those parts. Then just plug in de usb into the USB port. Someone confirmed it's possible some time ago. (For me it was just a theory back then).
@@JAY-wn2hr marc pg ander, its a gmail
How can i start my bike if my remote is damaged , pls help me i really need to know.
Put in a 50amp battet with 100amps bms and u get 100kmph but the battery percentage wont work
And that was with one or two batteries, great video that bike is bad ass. Here in Quebec Canada to be legal to drive it with a scooter or car licence you have to only have one battery with two batteries you need a motircycle driver licence.
Thanks, it's the 3000W max 6000W version. Limited to 75kph. The bike handels well, I just miss more range and 5x the HP. *This would be a blast with 30hp or more. Time for the Stark VARG to become street legal. If that would happen, I'll directly would go for my motorbike license.
@@JAY-wn2hr ok thanks for your feedback and ya that would be awesome for sure. I would like to buy a bike and i am looking at that one because i am 6'1 and 265 pounds. I think the appollo rfn would be to small.

Hi can you just plug any usb dongle so that it completes the circuit or do I have to cut an usb cable and connect the wires ? Thanks
Up pls I struggle doing your method thanks
I watch at least 20 electric bikes reviews, so far nothing beats Eahora “M1P pro”, best value for the money all around!!!
hello! I'm interested in buying a Tinbot like this, can you show me how to do the process and which cable should I cut? I can give you my e-mail
In theory if you would have a usb cable, and the usb is plugged in. And you would cut the cable and connect the wires. It would complete the circuit. Someone else tried it, and confirmed it works.
@@JAY-wn2hr I don't have the bike yet, so I don't understand the process.. if you are interested in making a video or a picture and sending it to me I can pay for it. it would help me a lot, thank you
@@Stayfocus_ No need for any payment. Underneath the seat (take the seat of the bike) there is a usb port. Just stick an old usb cable in it. With the wires connected.
@@JAY-wn2hr Thank you, this information was very useful, so do I just need to cut the cable and connect it to the USB cable that will be plugged in to the USB port?
@@Stayfocus_Use an old usb cable you are not using anymore. Cut off one part, and strip a small part of the cable. And connect de wire's.
Anyone know or have any information on how to derestrict the bike?
It's in de video I made... I got a picture for you, on how to do it. I just need an email address.
Also do you know if the usb has to be a dongle or can I just plug a cable in?
@@adencb5918 In theory if you would have a usb cable, and the usb is plugged in. And you would cut the cable and connect the wires. It would complete the circuit. Again, its a theory worth trying. Let me know if that works.
@@JAY-wn2hr is there any way to avoid cutting the wire?
@@adencb5918 see my response I just gave to you. That might work. Only thing you would need is a usb cable. Plug it into the USB port. And connect those wires* the usb cable wires. No clue if that would work, in theory it should.
Can it pull wheelies thooo?
Not even would get close to doing so.I think the more powerful version even can't.
Hey i wan't to try to short it at the USB port. Can you tell be wich USB pins are shorted there. You would make my day. 😅 Btw if it works and you realy help me you wilk get two Coffees 🎉😊
I hope I understand you correctly,... So you want the wires behind of the usb port connected? Is so,... there are only two wires. So you can just connected those two. Let me know how it goes.
@@JAY-wn2hr yes exactly. I mean when the USB only hast two Outputs as you say the stick cant do anything more then shorten the circuit. I will try my best and Tell you then 👋
How do ii oil change?? . Please help
Owners manual can be found here: www.kollterusa.com/downloads
😂❤ thanks so much got it
Good stuff
Could you show the cables from closer up cause i dont want to cut the wrong one and i want to conect it with a bluetooth relais
Do you know what pins are connected in the USB port?
I could only guess. Probably the outer casing and the middle part. If I got time (and remember it) I'll have a look.
@@JAY-wn2hr if you have a multimeter a quick continuity test would reveal if the pins in the port are directly correlated to the wires you joined together. Cheers!
I would gess D+ and D- (the Data Pins) both Work with 3.3V connecting to ground will not do anything and depending on the hardware the 5V USB Output could kill Board when connecting to 3.3V Data signal. Unlikely but could happen
Thank you my son has one but about 50% battery it just go under 40 km/h
Had a new battery built for mine with 100amps BMS and now it does more than 100kmph
Wereld did you buy that usb
No usb needed.
If you derestrict the bike with cutting the cables can you get it back to restricted?
Yes, just connected the wire's the way they were before.
@@JAY-wn2hr Could you make a video how to derestrict and restrict the bike? I think it would get good views among kollter, horwin, etc owners.

Do you know anything that would help me. I have the usb dongle but it suddenly stopped working when I was driving and stopped to change batteries. It was a very warm day maybe something melted?
Honestly, no clue what so ever. My "random" thought is this: It's possible that the usb dongle bypasses some factory settings, beyond what is considered "safe".
@@denniskramer7 yes just google tinbot usb dongle or viarelli supermotard usb dongle
@eetu1508 Hi, the USB dongle derestricts the bike? Can you buy it somewhere or how are you able to get?
@@JAY-wn2hrIch habe irgendwo gelesen, dass der USB "Dongle" gar kein Dongle ist. Im Innern sollen einfach nur die beiden Kontakte gebrückt sein, mehr nicht.
@@herrcedes3775 That was what I was thinking, so now there is proof. my way its easier to unplug it. If needed IMO
45 kmh Version?
Yes!
wich controller do you use ???
and i think my 500w is fast. if my country had better rules i would go all out but damn cops will take the bike immediately.
Bro what top speed do you achieve
Just over 90kph.
Wow 😯 fast
Is this the E-odin?
Nope
www.flickr.com/photos/lamborghinihanoi/32788772451. This model, but with a different battery pack motor controller brakes etc
Why dont you review it?
Does this thing need license?
Long story short, no. Also, Ebike laws are different throughout all of China.
@@JAY-wn2hr I am interested with this but do some reviews
Hi what is your controller?? rated amp max amp phase current please you use sabvoton 72150?
I don't have the specs on hand.
What country is this? And is it legal there?
Fuzhou fujian China, and yes it's sort of legal.
Hi! Can you give me an advice, please? My line is burning on high speed, I have 120v 2000-3000W controller and 2000w hub motor with two packs of 60v20ah batteries. Do you know what to do? Can you add my wechat? singer-07-02-172 (wechat)
Wtf how do you only have 2 subs
No clue bud.
what motor is this ? also what are the amps like 40-50 ?
Give or take (very similar) www.qs-motor.com/product/10inch-3000w-e-scooter-in-wheel-hub-motor/ hope it helps
Nice, that motor must pull pretty hard.
Yeah, it definitely pulls hard. Especially around 20-30KPH. If I would sit too far back and hit the throttle, I could flip the bike if not careful.
Wow looks like a nice place. What city is this in?
Fuzhou, Fujian province.
I see you have an empty room when I come to visit!
This is not a normal sightseeing tour. :-)
Thanks for commenting, it is indeed a little bit different. If you want to see more, let me know.
Nice road , nice ride and nice battery power !
Yeah, there are lots of nice roads in China. The lithium battery upgrade was definitely worth it. I'm planning to do another ride up Gushan when the weather gets better and use a different gopro mount to get a bird's view.
