The tuning from 19 seconds on is the same tuning… the difference is before 19 seconds was the raw cell phone sound, after 19 seconds was the mic’d sound. I couldn’t tell you the frequency, I always tuned to ear. And the beater is the standard beater that comes with a DW 5000 kick pedal.

understood! but normally the resonant drumhead do you leave it tighter or looser than the bater? Thanks

Ohhhh sorry I misunderstood. For these, the resonant head is tighter than the batter head.

If using a drum dial what numbers would you say you use for reso and batter heads, still trying to fund that sound with the ebonys
