So does the pole spin by it’s self or-
There are 2 styles of pole. Spin or Static. Static the pole is mounted in place and doesn't move. Spin allows the outer layer to move with your body dynamics. It doesn't move on it's own, but spins with you.
Which one do you use?

Www.patreon.com/polefly I have lots of tutorials there. This one requires a rubberbanditz resistance band. If you have on you put it around your waist. You need a strong full bracket/ayesha already and this helps with deadlift practice.

One of my favorite songs. And this was freestyle? God damn looks so put together the flow was so natural it looks like something you would've worked on awhile to get it tuned polished and perfect
Yup 99% of the time I'm just freestyling.. I don't really do choreo unless it's for teaching a class
Oh my god this is absolutely beautiful! I used to do pole dancing and I loved it, this is on a whole other level. So smooth. Have you ever done dancing with those strips of fabric that people can twirl around with? That's always looked really cool and pretty to me.
