This week, I found myself in the middle of a perplexing troubleshooting session with a Laney Cub 12R. The amp was plagued by shrieking and humming noises that refused to go away. After some deep investigation, I discovered the issue stemmed from a grounding problem. However, this wasn’t your typical loose wire or dry joint scenario.
