Dr. Sanjeeva Nayaka is a well known lichen taxonomist of India, having vast experience of over 25 years. He had initiated his career as a Project Assistant and soon joined CSIR-NBRI as scientist. Currently he is the Chief Scientist and Head of PDSH Division. He had extensively explored different phytogeographic regions of India, published a number of floristic accounts,
