Beautyful Country style pork ribs turned into burnt ends. With a spicy BBQ sauce and pineapple juice. These burnt ends came out so tender. I grilled them on med for about 7 min a side then I changed the setting to bake at 350F for one hour to hit internal temp of 210F.

How long did it take to reach 165?
At the 6:47 mark of your video you say "...it's been about an hour and a half". Is that your TOTAL cook time ? You set it for :45 for the covered portion of the cook so I'm assuming about 1;45 to 2:00 hours TOTAL cook. thanks
Can I ask what pellets you used? I used the Ninja ones and if I put the meat in while there is any hint of white smoke, the food is bitter.
Do ya think it might have been helpful to go through the settings on the grill?

I just got my grill and been using it every day. Love it. Did you smoke your ribs at 280? I smoked chicken and thought it smokes much faster than my old pellet grill. I was going to smoke my ribs at 200. Any thoughts. Just subscribed and enjoy your channel!
I smoke my ribs between 275-and 280. yes, this thing cooks a lot quicker than my big pellet smoker. I do it at this temp to get moor smoke on them before they are cooked. Thank you for subscribing Cheers

did you find the skin to be crispy? I tried that for 20 minutes in mine and they came out delicious but I was hoping the skin would be a little crispier. Thanks for the video.
Spray them with a little olive oil. Hope that works

love it, I only cook to tempter because that cook book they give you will burn everything. From 1-10 I will give it 7 always room for improvement. But I just cooked a Tri Tip on it five minutes ago and came out just great. I Have a Santa Maria Pit but this is just easy.

Good afternoon, I would like to know how many rounds of pellets are added to a roast.
About 2 to 3 will work fine
