there's a fix for it. Before launching the game you need to delete your temp files in the command line,. Search for it

As long as I like but I use a custom fan curve with TGpro, so it never gets hotter than 65c or so. Wow is much more demanding than Factorio. However never buy a mac with the purpose of gaming only.

$599 for a base tiny box that can play wow is really tantalizing. Looking for something to replace desktop/laptop game in the living room off tv and this device seems too good to be true. Something must be right because it’s sold out in my entire province.

Just download from Steam & go, it auto detects your arm Mac, but ye the pro 20 core is twice as fast, and even the 16core is 60% faster. The 24gig is a god send for this game!

I've tried it but it's such a crappy game I'm sorry. Its a x86 app still, it requires riot launcher than leauge launcher than the game, uses a fuckton of memory because it's all ancient intel apps. It didn't show metal hud, anyway it looks ugly and runs good as a result 140fps very high on 3440x1440p. The launcher inception is crazy.

Well that depends, those are 3 different type of machines. First off, the iMac has 8 gpu cores instead of at least 10 in the mac mini and macbook pro. So those are graphically more powerful. The imac has a nice display but cannot be easily moved around like a Macbook. The mini is the cheapest option if you already own a monitor / mouse and keyboard that you're happy with.

@@WybremGaming I don't have any peripherals unfortunately and I kind of like the iMac M4. Does iMac have 10 CPU and 10 GPU cores? Is that enough for some light gaming and stuff? or should i go with mac mini m4 24gb ram, 512gb of storage and 12CPU 16GPU?

@@itimdesigner The iMac has 8 gpu cores, so not 10, unless you get the more expensive model, it is enough for minecraft and roblox at 1080p. Mac mini M4 pro makes only sense if you wanna game at 1440p but you also gotta get some keyboard, mouse and monitor, however it will be double as fast the imac. It really depends on what you prefer. The iMac looks better than whatever pc monitor exists, does it matter? I dunno, up to you

nothing? no. It's not the sole reason. The main reason is that it was a crappy game to begin with, another soulless hero shooter with wallhacks baked in. It was not on Steam -- main reason I did not know about until a few months ago lol, and ofc it did not have SBMM which, as activision showed will drive away 80% of your player base ;). It was never popular, Ubisoft invested millions and millions in bribing "influencers" to play their "cod killer". And that is why it's shut down now. They cannot recoup those costs, time to cut losses. Had they made a good game with SBMM like Overwatch and released it on Steam it would do fine.

It means the game uses 6.5gb of video memory. The white text is ram usage which is 16GB so total is 20, I only have 16 so I'm using swap. On potato settings I can do it without swap barely. This game is memory hungry but despite using some swap it runs good so I'm happy with the port.

@@Arcveil-X for 1440p you still would want at least the 16core M4 Pro I think. At 1080p at you see it runs 70-90fps, which is great but 1440p is 1,33x the resolution so the 16 core is 1,6x the performance and should be good, also comes with 24gigs of memory.

This is true. Activision mentioned it in their whitepaper. There’s clearly room for improvement for the top players. Maybe add bots idk. I’m in the bottom 80% so when I play cod i only have fun matches. Not easy wins but not getting recked either. The matches are very similar tho
