    Thanks for the video man. Got some confusion though. 1. When creating the company number, do i have to put the number thats visible in the website header like the one you chose? I'm talk about the Primary Phone number 2:30 - 2:33 2. Does the routing number have to be the same as company phone no.? 3:25

      Hey there! 1. When you create the tracking number, you will need to grab whatever number is visible on the website and paste it at this step as that will be the swapping target. 2. The routing number does not need to be the same as the swap target chosen and can be forwarded to any number of your choosing at any time. Ex: If a client goes on vacation and does not want calls going to their phone, we can change the forwarding number to a number of their choosing. Hope this helped!

      I think the number pool improves keyword-level tracking by call, plus you might get multiple calls at the same time.

    Hi there! Did you ever create the separate video for when the call-extension is not approved or disapproved because Google bots don't see the call tracking number on the site just the clients termination number? I am stuck at the moment with the call extension not working at this point. Any link to the video would be much appreciated!

      Hey there! When Google flags our call extensions as ineligible, we usually get around this by linking both Google Search Console and Google Analytics to the Google Ads account, editing the call extension, and resubmitting the extension for approval. If you already have Search Console and Analytics tied to the Google Ads account, unlink them and follow these steps again. Hoped that helped!

    Thank you Nick! I couldn't remember how to add drop down fields to a form and I was about to attempt via surveys thinking I was going crazy. Big question for you... how do you keep your custom fields organized? We have a few hundred custom fields at this point and it looks like some of them are an absolute mess.     Hey Nick - Why use the script at the account level along with utm parameters? I've been using the GHL integration with Google Ads to upload conversions back into Google Ads and it's been working fine, but I have been missing some uploads when GHL doesn't identify the GCLID is available. Have you ran into this problem and do you know if adding that script could be a key?

    Inside my google ads manager, conversions are not being counted. I can check on go high level and I can see the list of calls that have been made to my numbers, but for some reason google is not tracking them. Am I forgetting something?

      Hi there Matty! Unfortunately, they did eliminate the Click To Call integration when they updated the platform. However, we can still configure a mobile click-to-call number another way. When creating a new number in CallRail, follow these steps: Create Number > I'll use it online > Somewhere else > Yes, in an ad extension > Only on mobile devices. Make sure your Google Ads account is connected and create a new call conversion action. Then, head into your Assets > Call > Insert CallRail # you just created > Conversion Action > Select conversion action created > Save. Finally, go into your account settings > open the 'Call Reporting' dropdown > 'Send Google Ads call data to a call analytics provider' > CallRail. I know that was a lot but that should do the trick.     Why set it at the account level and not Campaign level then? Esp if you're running other campaigns unrelated to GHL?

      Hi Duncan! If you are running other campaigns in the same Google Ads account, you can most definitely insert the UTM template at the campaign or ad group level. From GHL, "The UTM tracking template can be added to three places. It can be added at Account Settings, Campaign Settings, or ad group level. We would recommend adding the UTM Template at Account level Settings." Thanks for watching! Nick

    Hi! Appreciate the video! I went through and added swap codes and set the forward/swap number on the page, however when testing with gclid in incognito, it's not swapping still. Any ideas on why? Something with formatting?

    Great video! Quick question: when you went through the keywords that you would negative out... for example: free... do you just negative out the word free? And if so, what match type?

      It depends on the service/product you are marketing for. If you want to weed out any searches with the word free then leave it as broad match. If you are looking to weed out specific search phrases like "hands free" but keep the word free, then you would make "hands free" a phrase match negative. I hope this helps.
