You need to apply through their university intakes, Better approach : 1. Decide courses you want to apply for 2. Look for universities accordingly 3. Apply for intake as per their guidelines and criteria’s Note: Germany also have private universities where you have to pay tuition fees but compared to less countries like US and Canada!
