As a PhD chemist I looked into this but actually your fingers have cutaneous free nerve endings which after interacting with capsaicin will release substance P which can cause intense burning pain in your fingers. So another reason to use chopsticks 😂

@@phdtravelz 1901 n broadway 🙌🏼 Their burritos always hit, the nachos especial is amazinggg, and the horchata is addicting.. I choose asada every time but I’ve had some of their other meats and they’re pretty damn good.
