@joshuamccloskey2438 that is not true. Stealthboys don't make you stronger or do more damage. It simply stops vats crit shots. That's it. I kill people with out stealth all the time. So what you should say is YOU CAN'T kill anybody with out vatscrit.

Never played 76 but have been wanting to get into it, is the pvp that bad? Would kinda turn me off if that was the meta
